DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL STORES?
No we are an online based company only, this allows us to save as much money for charity funding as possible.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
In the unlikely event that a product you want is out of stalk, please contact us at info@onedaydevine.com and we will work on resolving the issue for you.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once your order has been placed please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for us to process and create your order for shipment. Once your item is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number.
Holiday Order Processing Times: Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season orders may take longer to process. All orders are subject to availability and credit verification.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link.
HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Depending on the time of year and current delays due to the Covid19 restrictions. Average time from order placement to delivery is 10-20 days. Shipping within the US is faster, between 5-10 days.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We work hard to ensure all of our products are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please Contact us at info@onedaydevine.com
THE ORDER I RECEIVED IS INCOMPLETE OR I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are so sorry if you have received an incomplete or incorrect order. Please email us at info@onedaydevine and we will rectify this right away.
CAN I ORDER TO A RURAL POSTAL CODE OR P.O. BOX?
We can absolutely ship your items to a rural address or P.O. Box by Canada Post. That said, we do need a little extra time for our deliveries to get to you.
DOES MY ADDRESS COUNT AS A RURAL ADDRESS?
