Return policy

Each of our products are made specially for you at the time of your purchase, our heart and souls go into designing and getting these items to you to share with the world and because of this we do not accept returns of our products. Please take your time and select the right product for you and always refer to our size charts before placing your orders. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns and we will do our best to help you with them.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order please contact us.

Ordering the wrong size: We have detailed and accurate size charts under the page named "Size Chart". We do not offer exchanges or returns in the event that the wrong size is ordered. Please review the size charts before ordering. 

Lost or stolen package- If a package is marked as delivered by tracking and the delivery company responsible for fulfillment confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for refunding, reimbursing or investigating. If you really feel like your package was stolen, please contact your local police department, file a police report and send us a copy. We will review the report and consider sending out another package.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Canada

According to the Government of Canada, it is not legally required for businesses to offer refunds or returns. Businesses can set their own refund or no refund policy.

United States

While there are no federal refund laws in the US, many state laws don’t legally require refunds, instead allowing businesses to set their own refund policy.

In some states, not conspicuously displaying a no refund policy means customers are entitled to refunds.

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
